Wesley could be a late round sleeper who would add speed to the receiving corps and immediately compete for the WR3/4 type role. He appears to be overlooked largely because he played against lesser competition, but when tested against top talent, has been able to succeed. His inability to play at the Senior Bowl could benefit savvy-scout teams as well, as it has depressed his exposure a bit.
