Lexington, KY (SportsNetwork.com) - Fan voting to determine the 16th annual NTRA Moment of the Year has begun. The winning moment of 2014 will be revealed the morning of Jan. 16 at the annual ThoroFan Awards Breakfast at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
