ACCRA Authentic Nathan MacKinnon Jersey , Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- The head coach of the Black Satellites, Ghana's U-20 male national team, Sellas Tetteh, on Tuesday called up 29 players to begin preparations for the 2015 Africa Youth Championship (AYC) later this year.


Ghana has qualified for the AYC to be hosted by Senegal from March 8-22.


The Black Satellites will play a two-leg international friendly against Ivory Coast later in February.


The selected players are to report to the national camp in Prampram on Wednesday, the FA said in a release.


Ghana is three-time African U-20 champions and will be aiming for a fourth title.


This year's competition will be the 20th edition of the football tournament for Under-20 male players.


The semi-finalists from the eight-nation tournament will qualify to the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand.
