SAO PAULO, Brazil -- Workers at a World Cup stadium in the jungle city of Manaus are threatening to go on strike to demand better conditions following a third recent death at the venue. The strike could further delay the completion of the Arena da Amazonia stadium just months before footballs showcase tournament. A union leader says the stoppage will begin Monday to "guarantee the workers rights." A 55-year-old Portuguese man was killed in an accident on Friday while disassembling a crane that was used to install the stadiums roof, becoming the third worker to die at the venue in less than a year. The Arena da Amazonia is one of the five stadiums still under construction for the World Cup. Organizers say it was nearly completed when Fridays accident happened. Jasper Cillessen Jersey .
